Our Workflow
Have a Plan
The first step is to know approximately what you want. It can be quite challenging trying to pin down an exact vision, but we can help you refine your idea once you’ve conceptualized it.
Contact Us
Once you have an idea of what you want, then contact us! You can use the form on our Contact page, or email us at info@newmeasuremedia.com. Additionally, if you’re looking for a general quote or an event quote, you can fill out the appropriate forms. This helps us to get you a more accurate quote.
Also, please contact us at a minimum of two weeks before your event or planned shooting day. This give us enough time to properly plan and make sure that we’ll have all the required personnel and equipment for your project.
Quote
Once we have all of the pertinent information, we can begin to work on the quote. We may contact you to get clarification on some items before we send you the finalized quote.
Once we send you the quote, you have to let us know if you want anything added or removed, and we’ll make those changes.
If it all looks good, then we move on to the next step.
Contract
We’ll prepare a contract based on the needs for your project. We customize each contract to each client so that we know it will cover your requirements for the project. Once we’ve sent you the contract, you can request modifications. We’ll review your requests and make acceptable changes that benefit both parties.
Once we’ve agreed on the terms of the contract, you sign it (digitally, or by printing it off, signing it, and then scanning it back into the computer), and we begin doing work for your project.
We Do the Work
Once the contract is signed, we begin working on your project.
Review our Work
After we’ve finished working on your project, we’ll send you a file to review. This is usually done with a unlisted YouTube link for videos, or a Google Drive link for other content. The preview will be of lower resolution than the deliverable and may be watermarked.
If you like what you see in the preview, let us know! Then we can move on to invoicing.
Invoice
Once you’ve completed the review process, we will send you an invoice. This invoice must be paid before we can deliver the final product to you. Often times, this invoice can be paid online, but if you prefer, we can accept cash and cheque payments in person.
Delivery
Once we’ve received payment, we’ll give you the final product. Look below to see what delivery methods are available to different project types.

Note: Web projects are hosted on our servers unless other arrangements have been made. Since they are hosted on our servers, we are unable to offer a deliverable.
